Shipping & dispatch

Standard shipping is complimentary for all purchases within Australia, and any orders over $600 receive free Express Shipping.

Please see the Shipping section of your product to see the dispatch time. If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 48 hours. If your product is being created for you, this is a 1-4 week lead time before it is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you require an urgent order - please get in touch & we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates:

Standard Shipping within Australia (3 - 8 days post dispatch) - complementary
Express Shipping within Australia (1 - 4 days post dispatch) - $15
International Shipping (variable ETA) - $25 flat fee
