Refund policy
Tempany is proud to deliver premium, unique jewellery, and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases.
We offer a 10 day returns policy on most pieces, for a refund. We do not offer exchange.
Pieces Made to Order are considered Bespoke and not eligible for return - all sales are final.
Any purchase must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. It is at the client’s expense to safely return the piece/s and it remains their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by Tempany..

Please note we do not accept returns on the following:
- Pieces which have been worn, or are not in their original condition
- Pieces not in the original packaging
- Pieces returned outside of the above time-frame
- Made to Order pieces (Heirloom diamond necklace, The Testament Diamond Ring, the Chikara Choker, The Tailored Necklace)
